Photo ideas
The beach offers lots of great options for taking awesome photos of your vacation.
Pinterest and TikTok has so many great ideas for all get involved in creating. The kids that may not be excited about family photos may just be a little more interested if they get to pick out.
Last year, the craze was the beach hearts. I would see people digging deep into the sand in the shape of a heart and placing their camera on a timer and putting your faces in the heart before the timer went off. Whether it wound up being the best photo or not it looked so fun to watch the process.
We love seeing photos with the year of the trip. If you have a young family something that captures the moment in time like flip flops or shadows of everyone – capture the moment in time.
Here are some basic concepts to take into consideration.
Capture shadows: Experiment with playful shadows created by people or objects on the beach.
Reflections: Take shots of reflections in the wet sand or shallow water for a unique perspective.
Seashell close-ups: Showcase the intricate details of seashells against the sandy backdrop.
Jumping shots: Freeze mid-air moments as people jump or play in the sand.
Silhouettes at sunset: Capture the beauty of silhouettes against the colorful beach sunset.
Water splashes: Freeze action shots of waves crashing or people splashing in the water.
