Linen Rentals for Colleges & Universities in New Jersey
Linen Rentals for Colleges & Universities in New Jersey
When colleges and universities welcome students, summer programs, athletic camps, conferences, visiting groups, and special events to campus, there are a lot of details to coordinate. Bedding and towels shouldn’t be one of the complicated ones.
Relax Concierge offers convenient linen rental services for colleges and universities throughout New Jersey, providing clean, professionally prepared linens delivered directly to campus.
An Easy Linen Solution for Campus Housing
Not every guest arriving on a college campus is bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels with them. This is especially true for summer programs, conferences, camps, international groups, visiting faculty, and other short-term campus stays.
Instead of asking every guest to pack their own bedding—or requiring the university to purchase, store, wash, and maintain large quantities of linens—Relax Concierge can provide the linens needed for the stay and pick them up when the program is over.
Depending on the needs of the university or program, rentals can include:
- Sheet sets and bedding (twin xl available)
- Towels and bath linens
- Blankets and comforters
- Pillows
- Mattress pads
- Other bedding essentials
We can work with universities on both smaller group accommodations and larger-volume programs.
Perfect for Summer Programs, Camps & Conferences
College campuses become especially busy during the summer months. Dormitories and residence halls may host athletic camps, academic programs, conferences, youth organizations, visiting groups, and special events—all with different arrival dates, group sizes, and linen requirements.
Relax Concierge can work directly with university staff, housing departments, event coordinators, camp directors, and program organizers to develop a linen rental plan based on the specific needs of each group.
We understand that organization matters when you’re coordinating multiple buildings, rooms, arrival dates, and participants. Our goal is to make the linen portion of the experience as simple as possible.
Delivery, Pickup & Personalized Service
Relax Concierge has been providing linen rentals and personalized delivery service since 2010. We know that simply having the right number of linens isn’t enough—they also need to arrive at the right place, at the right time, and be organized in a way that makes distribution easy.
We can coordinate delivery and pickup around your program schedule and work with your team to determine the most efficient way to prepare and distribute each order.
Whether you need linens for one residence hall, a week-long camp, a summer-long program, or multiple groups arriving throughout the season, we can create a plan that works for your campus.
Why Rent Linens Instead of Purchasing Them?
For temporary housing and seasonal programs, renting can eliminate many of the responsibilities that come with maintaining a university-owned linen inventory.
There is no need to find year-round storage space for hundreds of sheets and towels, manage laundering between programs, replace worn inventory, or determine what to do with excess linens after an event.
With Relax Concierge, you rent what you need, when you need it.
